At Girls in the Game, we take pride in our multi-sport programs! Participating in a variety of sports at a young age improves coordination, transferable skills, and overall physical literacy.
This fall, girls will learn FUNdamental movement skills in the sports of martial arts and soccer. We are very excited to partner with Spirit of the Dragon to lead our martial arts, as well work with the UofR Cougars Women's Soccer to offer some exciting soccer experiences!
Each session will begin brief self-esteem discussion each session. This program will be a FUNdamentally awesome experience!
