Tennis
We are making a racquet and bringing our tennis program back by popular demand! In this 6 week program, girls will LOVE serving up the FUNdamentals of tennis.
This program is designed for both beginners and experienced tennis pros looking to ace that sweet backhand. Partnering with Tennis Saskatchewan and coached by alum Rupel Pandaya this program is full of advantages!

It's basketball baby!!! We're bringing this one back for 2 sessions! Session 1 will be designed for girls ages 6-8, and session 2 will be for our older hoopers, ages 9-12.
In this 6 week session, Coach Dionne will teach these hoopers the FUNdamentals of basketball like shooting, dribbling, and passing. We provide a fun, and encouraging space where girls are able to get into the gym and learn about the greatest game that has ever been played. We mentioned we're excited about playing basketball again, right? No experience necessary to play!

Super stoked to get out outside, but can't decide what to play? Why not try out our multi-sport program! In this 6 week outdoor program girls will get the opportunity to try out 2 different fun activities: football and baseball.
Our multi-sport sessions gives kids the opportunity to try out a sport, and the only thing they have to commit to is having fun! Kids that participate in many different sports learn a multitude of mental and physical skills that transfer to all kids of activities, it improves their coordination and it expands their physical literacy.
Each of our sessions begins and ends with a valuable self-esteem discussion and it's coached by the finest female role models around!
