Spring 2020 Programs

At Girls in the Game, we take pride in our multi-sport programs! Participating in a variety of sports at a young age improves coordination, transferable skills, and overall physical literacy. 

 

This spring, girls will learn FUNdamental movement skills in the sports of baseball and football.   Each of our sessions begins and ends with  a self-esteem discussion. This program will be a FUNdamentally awesome good time! 

 

Multi-Sport: baseball & football

5-10 years old

Tuesdays from 6:00 - 7:00 pm

We are bringing our tennis program back by popular demand. In this 6 week program, girls will learn the fundamentals of tennis. This program is designed for both beginners and experiences tennis players looking to hone that sweet backhand. Partnering with Tennis Saskatchewan and coached by alum Rupel Pandaya this program promises to be great time and a super fun experience.

Ain't nothin' going to break your stride with this awesome Mom & Me fitness class! Did you know that active parents have more active kids?  You are your daughters' #1 role model so come on out and show her how fun getting active can be! We have brought back our awesome fitness coach Deanna who will take you and your daughter through a fun and rewarding movement experience. Get sweaty, get stronger and get bonding!
