At Girls in the Game, we take pride in our multi-sport programs! Participating in a variety of sports at a young age improves coordination, transferable movement skills, and overall physical literacy. Girls will learn FUNdamental sport skills for eight weeks; four weeks of each different sport, all in a fun, non-competitive environment! Each session will begin with a self-esteem lesson.
Our Girls in the Game Rock Climbing program is back by popular demand! Rock Climbing is not only an amazing way to build physical strength, but inner strength as well! It is a great way for girls to learn perseverance, problem-solving, and be a part of a supportive community. Girls will practice basic climbing techniques as they boulder, top-rope, and climb using the auto-belay! Each session will begin with a self-esteem lesson.
