Ringette
We are excited to partner with Regina Ringette to offer 6 weeks of ringette fun for girls ages 5-12. Girls will learn the fundamentals of skating and ringette with experienced coaches from Ringette Regina, and of course the Girls in the Game self-esteem initiative is included. No experience necessary! This program is designed for girls who are new to the sport and who are eager to get out on the ice and learn something new. This program is especially great for girls who are eager to learn to skate!

Rock Climbing
Our Girls in the Game Rock Climbing program is back by popular demand! Rock Climbing is not only an amazing way to build physical strength, but inner strength as well! It is a great way for girls to learn perseverance, problem-solving, and be a part of a supportive community. Girls will practice basic climbing techniques as they boulder, top-rope, and climb using the auto-belay! Each session will begin with a short self-esteem lesson.

**NEW** Flux Parkour
We're going hard core parkour with our partnership with Flux! In this 6-week session girls will have hella fun, while at the same time building strength, athleticism, improvisation, creativity and problem solving skills. We offer a safe, nurturing environment where kids can experiment with movement build strength and self-esteem and develop a love for physical activity through play-based movement.
